For every issue regarding the Size, Colour, or Fit, we will love to exchange your product with the right Size/Different Colour and Fit. In case of exchange the customer bears the cost of returning the product and pachouli will bear the charges for another delivery.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
